I think one of my all time favorite movies is Forrest Gump. The simplicity of Tom Hank’s character always touches me as he talks about life being like a box chocolates. We never really do know what we’ll get when it comes to our lives. Maintaining a positive attitude and saying I CAN DO THAT, with no hesitation, is so important. The compassion of this story is timeless. It’s about loving, accepting and sharing. I thought it appropriate for the beginning of a new week and as a gentle way to listen as you start your day. Happy Sunday to you too. I love stories with meaning and an uplifting message. Whether it be a book or a movie , I like to get something out of it. You know, that deep sigh at the end whereby you are happy but you hate the story to end. Right now I’m reading a book by Rhonda Rich. She is very funny but she is right on the mark about a lot of things.
